what is the gist on them. it is said that they do not use chex. do you get a check card or what. tell me more Thanks
RE: http://www.dollarbank.com/ I am currently using Dollar bank. They are a great bank. I had been reported to Chex Systems about 2yrs ago over a $25 overdraft fee by my old bank. Since then I have not been able to open a new account. Dollar Bank does NOT use Chex Systems, and gave me a new checking AND savings without a hassle. You will need 2 forms of ID. I used my drivers license and vehicle registration since I do not have a credit card. They issued me a check card, and set me up with an online banking login.
