I have dreaded working on this one for a while now, but after reviewing the boards was able to come up with the below reasons for dispute on my mortgage foreclosure. I disputed with Equifax last year as "not mine" and they verified. The TL has listed that the account is in dispute on reports for EQU and TRANS. Should I address this letter to the CRA's or the OC since my first dispute was "not mine"?

Any dispute letter should be sent to the CRAs, and if it's inaccurate data then it's disputable. I would steer clear of general statements like the first one, "numerous inconsistencies and errors" or comparing one CRA's credit report to another. Stick to specific disputes of data that is incorrect.
