All those Christmas shoppers and downtown partiers do not have power for those machines or credit authorizations - or LIGHTS! Chinatown, DOWNTOWN, UNION SQUARE, Fisherman's Wharf POWER OUTAGE! BART, MUNI subways stopped. No ATM - No Visa, No MC, Centurion - OK! I am lucky - 2/3 of San Francisco is black! I am looking downtown, and the skyline is BLACK. Fire in some substation still not out. POWER return - no estimate. ALL of MACYS, NORDstroms, downtown sotres no power - no traffic lights. Freaky looking out - comfortable watching high definition news alerts of power outage. Normally, the Dogman loses power when this type of stuff happens. Ho ho dark ho - dogman
