Humblemarc, can u give me the caselaw on the illegality of credit bureaus taking my report offline due to a lawsuit? I have not been able to retrieve my credit report because of the lawsuit. Does this mean that they can lock it for the entirety of the lawsuit? Being that I'm pro se what is my next step regarding this? What paperwork do I file with the courts?
