Hello everyone, A Ben Ross from Hunter Warfield has been calling me since August 9th. I moved out the apartment and made a payment arrangement to pay the early termination fee. I have all my money orders slips copies saved. I have 1 month left to pay the apartment company. What actions can I take against Hunter Warfield and the Apartment company if any. I do not want anything on my credit report. I dont understand why Hunter Warfield is even calling if I am almost done paying the company. Any help? Thanks so much.
Apparently the apartment complex still sent your account off to collections too. I would get in touch directly with the apartment company to see if they can pull your account back since you're making payment directly to them. Ignore Hunter Warfield's calls for now until you figure things out with the apartment company. Hopefully they will be helpful as you've been making payments and are just one month from being paid in full.
