Does anyone here have any dealings with Hurley Bank?

I've got an account sent to collections from them. I've never heard of them, nor have I had an account with Hurley. (and yes, I've been going through the proper procedures of validation, et.c)

The CA has not validated. However, since I don't recognize the name - I'm wondering if Hurley is a name change or a take-over for some other entity?

I have the feeling that this is one of those cases of "not my account" for real - but any info any of you might have would help to make this clearer.

I'm pretty sure of what I DID owe and this just does NOT ring any bells. I'd like to be totally sure before I do the "intent to sue" letter.

    Thanks for any help!
