We got a police report, and sent out copies of the report plus ID theft affidavits. We also asked for all verification and statements including anything signed allegedly by him to be sent back to us. We sent these out to several companies who are reporting on him. They never responded. What is our next step it has been 18 months and they are continuing to report and not correspond back to us. I have all copies of the certified mailings showing they were delivered and signed for.
