    I recently faxed eq a letter from hyundai stating the co status of the accnt should be removed and the accnt should read paid in good standing with a zero balance. well i waited 3 weeks and today i checked pg and it was updated. The only prob is eq updated the tradeline to " closed by consumer , 0 balance , and they still have 1 30 day and 2 90 day lates on the tradeline. Plus they changed the origional high balance ammnt from 11793 to 1793. Why cant they ever do anything right. Any ideas on what i should do next. Should i just call them and re-fax the letter?...How come they didnt update right in the first place?

    Ask them why they are listing it different than Hyundai is reporting it?
