I have now spent 12 hours today going through all 3 reports, putting together disputes, searching subjects in this site, and used ALOT of ink from my printer. The $2000 Cap One plat I got yesterday really did it. After over a year of this I feel like I'm just getting started. BK(7) over a year ago turned me into an addict. What a Saturday LOL!

It can be addictive...but so can the lowered rates that come with the credit that this addiction will give you.

I should have waited 2 hours to post this subject and corrected it to 14 hours straight. I am SICK I need more FICO points to get rid of the shakes!

chipper, OH YEAH how good does it feel? VERY!!! O.K I am now at 16 hours of straight credit repair and searches. I can not stop, the FICO points are a great need. I need more FICO points the shakes are getting really bad now! I can't wait for the CRA's to update the balances paid off. And the FICO scores that will follow.

you need to go into rehab my friend. anyone who spends more than 4-6 hours a day on credit repair has got a problem.

It's worth spending whatever time it takes. Days, weeks, months, whatever. Clean / corrected reports are worth every minute spent on them. The flavors of FICO are becoming so intertwined with decisions affecting our daily lives that babysitting reports is a priority. After all - if YOU don't take care of this stuff, who will?

    You're not addicted...you're wise.

I think about 10-15 hours a week would be about right to those who need it like myself. 16 hours yesterday was sick! I think I might have earned a few days off from this and will take it soon. It wasn't cool seeing credit reports in my sleep last night. How often do others spend here or on credit work away from here?

LOL!!! You working on them in your sleep too! So am I! I started working on the credit repair in March, that was before I found this site. I didn't spend much time then because all I knew to do was dispute. I don't even remember how I found this site, but I am so glad I did. I have learned so much in such a short time already, but still have alot more to learn. So - I have spent quite a few hours the past week or so on here. I found myself spending alittle less time on the credit work just yesterday because I have done all I can for now. Well, still some research - but all the disputes and validations are out and now I have to sit and wait alittle bit. Right now I have the time, so I will be working on it a couple hours a day. My job slowed down some so I have the time - it will pick up soon and then the kids will be out of school so I want to do as much as I can right now. I also have to do it late at night cos I can't concentrate when the kids are up - plus it isn't fair to them. (of course I do sneak a peek at the boards a few times during the day). We can go into rehab together when we get our reports cleaned up!
