Hey gang... I've had one Crap One card since 1995 with a $1,500 limit and another picked up a few years ago with $1,000 limit. They have been sock drawer cards for account aging purposes for the last few years as my Citi, MBNA and AMEX cards with $10,000+ limits have sufficed. I applied for and received a Crap One MilesOne card. When I opened the envelope, I guess I wasn't really surprised to see a $500 limit. I called Crap One and got the run around story of how they will raise your limits after a year, bla bla bla. Needless to say, that telephone conversation prompted me to cancel my other cards on the spot. I do not need to be hasseled by this company when AMEX, Citi and Fleet have no problem with issuing me credit every six months.
Good riddance.....When will they (Cap.1) ever learn that you can't treat prime customers this way?.............with a $500 limit?.
Congrats. I said goodbye to them last September and I don't miss them a bit. I have much higher limits on my other cards, no annual fees and my score wasn't hurt a bit!
