I have been talking with a mortgage lender to see what I need to do by next spring?summer to get a mortgage. he pulled my reports, I know another inquiry, but hey I only had one in last six months, anyway he says I have a pretty good shot a getting my mortgage next summer. He sent me my reports and what I need to do to receive the loan. I will all let yoy know what the dreaded scores are as soon as my package arrives. Let's pray they aren't that bad, shall we LOL
