I have tried to send a cease and desist letter to these Allied Interstate and/or Intellirisk six times. The phone calls are from Allied but I do no they are the same company..!! I can't get a letter to them and they will not give me a mailing address....!!#%#$!! They don't sign for letters that go to the payment center. ( I know most of them will not sign @ the payment center) My question is.... Does anyone have the address to these people. I have went to the web site and have sent to the address there but have had no luck with a signature. I have spend $24 bucks on these people and they are still calling....!!!!!!!!! I am on my last nerve.... thats why I am asking you guys this....!!!!!!!! Thanks ....
Answer the call, ask who you are talking to, what company they are with , record the phone call , tell them you are recording the call, and tell them they are to cease and desist all future communication with you or you will sue.
It would appear that your efforts were indeed feeble to say the least. All you had to do is to go to Yahoo.com and use the search term Allied+Interstate and lo and behold, theer they are, popped up like magic. On their website is a button that says CONTACT US push that button and there is theri address. Bill Bauer
Thanks MikeB I will try that.. although I would much rather mail it in. But.... I guess that will have to do. Also.. BBauer... I have mailed to that address on the website. I went there over a month ago. They will not sign for mail at the headquarters either.
