    I just filed a complaint with the BBB, consumers like yourself filing these complaints make things easier for other consumers.

    If people do not know that it is broken, how will they fix it or avoid it.

    Girlie-
    Be careful with CBS they are ROTTEN! (As if theres a nice CA) They are an affiliate of CBC Collections, I found this out by the "verification" they sent me. They have 1 acct. for me and several for my hubby. I sent the letter to them regarding my hubby's acct. and I just sent my estoppel regarding my acct. They are by far the worst!! They make Gulf State look tolerable. Keep me posted on your CBS situation.
