Here I am priding my self over the years from making a killing on reward sites. I go to upromise.com and update my new home address and sitting there is a link for coldwell bankers for 1/3% back which I used to buy my home and .2% back from countrywide that I used to finance my loan. I lost over $400 for my kid's college savings because I was too dumb to check up on it. Bottom line, if you are gonna do a home soon through one of the listed finance or agents listed on upromise do yourself a favor and sign up through their link.

I'll have to check out that sight, if we are able to apply for a house soon. How does it work?

It is easy. Go the the site and sign up. I added my grocery cards and my ccs so that when I shop I get money back. There are some links to different real estate agents and mortgage companies. Be sure to click on the links they provide and they pretty much explain the process. If you have kids be sure to enter their info as the money you earn goes to their future college education. I have seen reward sites come and go but this reward site has some majorly powerful sponsors so I am not too worried about it going under.

How do you get the $$$? I'll go and check it out now, but I doubt our little mortgage co is on it. But, the realtor might be! thanx!

All the rules are explained when you click on the link. It usually takes like 60-90 days for the money to be deposited into your account.
