Additionally, EQ says that my fiance was born 4/17/1979. I am 31, I doubt that I would need a man 9 years younger than me. Although there is nothing wrong with that (just not for me - LOL) And then the online dispute process won't allow you to fix the crap if it is more than 7 years earlier or later. They suck. His birthdate is 11/69.

I wouldn't contact this girl....!!!!!!! If she has got your identity.. she can use this against you later. Then YOU would never be able to prove that you WASN'T helping this girl in the Long Haul. Not only that....She could Try to sue you for getting/using her id, OR... to make matters worse.. say those debts do belong to YOU and NOT HER'S...

I just got to the board. I wanted to let you know that ... just b/c it's not on your other two reports doesn't mean that it won't be later. When my ID was stolen... It showed up on Equifax immediately, and Experian four months later, and TU ,was the slowest, they didn't show the fraud derog's untill a year later.

I'm sorry they have put variations on your report....Don't get mad at me I am only trying to help!

First off.. you need to call them Monday. Ask to speak to the fraud dept. Tell them you are unsure if you are a victim of ID theft or they have confuse you with another person. Let them know that you have monitored you CR since (date) and this is how you found this error.

They may ask you to fax in your s.s and drivers license to prove to them what is one your report should ONLY be there. I would ALSO make it a point to send them my receipt showing how long I have been paying to have my credit monitored. I can tell you MOST of the time Experian's fraud will delete this all together. Especially in your circumstance. IF they don't want to cooperate... demand to speak to the supervisor!!!!! I would also...let them/fraud know in a short sweet way...that you know this is their mistake... they allowed a company to place fraudulent info (variations of ID) that doesn't belong to you!! Not only that..you are a paying customer of experian to monitor your personal information THIS should be a flag or deteriorate that they don't have the right person. Tell them if you are forced to go through a long battle of validation with theses CA..... OR BY THEM ....allowing these CA to add this variations to your report cause other companies to add THEIR derog information... You will sue them ALL for Defamation, them enabling this fraud, and violation of the FCRA. LET THEM KNOW ...It's a PROMISE....That you will not settle this out of court....!!!!!!!!!!

I would also follow up this letter sent CRR.

OK......... I thought you had the monitoring service..!!! SINCE you DON"T .... your best bet is to call FRAUD ASAP MONDAY using the credit report you just pulled and let them know from that report You want to place a fraud alert. Let them know the address... social, dob, and etc doesn't belong to you... THEY will delete these items promptly....IF you place a fraud alert!!!!!! IF they will not delete the CA trade lines. THEN contact/write these CA and let them know that you have a fraud alert against your Credit report and they have placed fraudulent information against your file. They will do one of the two. IF this lady has tried to use your info b/c you have similar names.. they will send you a affidavit to fill out. THIS will prove it isn't yours IT will be delete this "in stone".. Or they will delete it then go after the correct lady. Sometimes... if they just delete it ... they will sale it and you have to do this all over again. THIS IS why it is best to place a fraud alert against your report go after the affidavit to make sure you cover your A$$!!!!!

I hope that once you contact them Monday... they will delete all of the items promptly... BUT to be honest....More than likely.. b/c you don't have any monitoring service or the alert on your account.. they will force you to go through the BIG validation.

Having your name mixed with another can be just as horrible as id theft. You need to treat it that way/id theft.. if you don't you will always have a problem with the "other lady"!!! WHAT EVER YOU DO.. make sure they remove her social and etc so her other derog do NOT show up later this week or when ever other companies are trying to track her down!!!!

Chele,just be forwarned that when they put the fraud alerts on your record,that you will not be able to use any credit for a long time.
