OK... I sent the dispute debt letter via CRRR to Experian for 3 charged-off accounts that were supposedly previously investigated. Since then, I noticed on CreditExpert that these accounts has never shown up as under investigation. I keep wondering WTF?

Anyhow, today I just get a letter from EXP stating "We are unable to process your request. If you believe that an item on your personal credit report is inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us." I thought thats what I just did by sending the dispute letter. I swear, whoever did this IS and IDIOT!!!

Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should I do next, re-send my dispute letter?

Keep the letter, wait 40 days for good measure after they signed for your dispute, then go over to your local courthouse and sue them for:

    (A) In general. If the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer's file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly of such dispute, the agency shall reinvestigate free of charge and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph (5), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer.

Lots of questions. Was your letter clear? Do you have other negitive tradelines? Anything else going on we should know about? If you have other negitive tls I would use this as one violation in building a suit against them.

Disputes with Experian that are not disputed through CreditExpert will not show up as a dispute in CreditExpert. Experian will, however, do their "investigation".

When I did my disputes with the EVIL EXPERIAN by mail, my disputes became highlighted by creditexpert within about 10 - 15 days of my dispute. Of course, nothing gets highlighted for me anymore as those weasles no longer accept my disputes for investigation, leaving me no other choice but to file against them.
