Ok, I've searched but the engine is running SLOW tonight (and I have broadband). I KNOW I've read this somewhere here. Situation A: I have a debt I disputed and it was removed from the CR. I disputed it with the CRAs - not the CA. OC has now pulled it from the last CA and given it to a new CA. I'm looking for a letter that says something about suggesting they give it back to the OC because this is a debt that is in dispute. Situation B: Same as above but now both CA's are collecting and reporting it. Thanks!
That would be the letter! Thanks so much Jam! It was the ONLY place I DIDN'T look. As to situation B, I already have and they left both on. I did not state that it was being doubly reported by CA's blah and barf. I just disputed it as "not mine". One of them is REALLY digging in their heals over this - even though it was in my BK discharge and my attorney has even contacted them. Thanks!
