I DID IT! I closed on the townhome. It is so gorgeous. And this feels glorious. They gave ME $1100 back. KOOL! I wasnt expecting that. What is the moral of this story. Poor girl with PITIFUL credit gets it cleared up and buys a home in about 18 months. If I can, anyone can.
