I emailed Bob and Robin at Equifax...let's see if I can get some work done from them....BOY I GOT BALLS, HUH?
Good Luck!! I have emailed Robin a total of 5 times now with NO response. I emailed her and Bob both yesterday as well, but I assume they are closed today. I did fax my inquiry dispute letter to Bob & Robin both at BOTH fax numbers and sent them both a CRR letter as well.
I received an out of office reply from Bob's email saying that he will return to the office on Jan 07, 2002. So we shall see if my credit report shows any results.
Hmmmmm I didn't get that. I used Robin.Holland@equifax.com and Bob.Cutrone@equifax.com. Is this what you used? I have never heard ONE word from Robin in all the emails I've sent her.
Christi, I used exactly those addresses...So I guess that Robin wil probably not respond and hopefully, my report will show otherwise when I get my CHOD results back. It took a couple of hours before that out of office reply came back from Bob's email. Keep sending them email...I also sent cc to my attorney...I am sure they will see this in the Sent to: info. Keep at it!
Robin finally responded today and basically didn't have anything to say. I sent a dispute letter on inquries stating the law etc. She basically beat around the bush, so I printed the letter out and saved it to use for more evidence. I'll see what Mr. Bob says about it when he gets back, oh I never got the out of office email though.
