   I swapped my AA advantage cards for Platinum Select, however, I ended up with 2 cards! Did I do something wrong? Also, account numbers did not change, but I will get new cards. What's the advantage of moving both credit limits to one card as opposed to having 2 Platinum Select cards?

   Why combine...you end up with one Citi card...You can then apply for another card in 6 months and combine and repeat and repeat...Also I would think that if # of trade lines is factored into score models it may matter depending on how many other trades you have.
