I just checked my TU score and report . My score is 656 and the reasons are

    TOO FEW MORTGAGE ACCOUNTS
NOT ENOUGH MORTGAGE ACCOUNT ACTIVITY HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE

Should I get a mortgage just to raise my score.

MONTHS SINCE MOST RECENT SERIOUS DELINQUENCY IS TOO SHORT
YOUR CREDIT REPORT REFLECTS A DELINQUENT PAYMENT HISTORY. MAKING PROMPT PAYMENTS OVER TIME MAY IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE.

I have one account showing 30 days late over 4 years agao the account is not mine but they keep verifing the account as the payment info is corect .

    TOO MANY RECENT INQUIRIES
EXCESSIVE INQUIRIES HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE. LIMITING THE NUMBER OF CREDIT APPLICATIONS YOU COMPLETE MAY IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE

Ok I will give them this one I did go credit shopping and screwed up How long to inquiries realy affect you score?

JUST IGNORE ALL THE LIES...they have come up with many new reasons to DENY credit...

I GOT A FAKE DENIAL REASON "EXCESSIVE CREDIT LIMITS" (NO SUCH F.I.C.O. REASON)

They can make up some more new DENIAL reasons...

EXCESSIVE LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT (10+ YEARS)
    EXCESSIVE INCOME ($100,000+)
    MORTGAGE TOO CLOSE TO PAY-OFF
NEWEST ACCOUNT TOO OLD (10+ YEARS)
    LACK OF RECENT INQUIRES
DEBT TO INCOME RATIO TOO LOW

    NEED I GO ON???
