I Give Up!

    I agree with the fact that get a new line of credit is going to effect your score. My score was moving up steadily every month, I have a mortgage and each month it was moving up just by making my mortgage payments on time, then I got a credit card and the points stopped moving up.
    Why, new credit line.

    I guess that is way lenders tell you not to open any new credit lines when preparing for a mortgage. I believed those FICO simulators!!

    I totally agree with sheep, weather. It is sooo easy to let this stuff eat us up day and night and be way too affected by it.
    On the bright side....what did you buy??
