Juniper always pulls EQ for initial approval. They do their AR's (account reviews) on TU as far as I can tell. They have so far not looked at EX although they faithfully update balances each and every month to all three CRA's. I wish Citi would do that - my Citi cards have not updated since early September!

    what are those women doing?

I though juniper was an online instant, score based only......is there a manual review?

Huh? Juniper is not online instant for everyone, nor is it only score based. For those that meet the score requirements, but may be borderline on such things as income or a new address (my reason) Juniper has their credit department look at that individual's information, verifies it and makes a decision from there. I think you will find the majority of consumers applying online for credit cards are receiving less instant approvals and more "pending" messages.
