Let me start by saying that this is the real roni, not slim/rob/bob or anyone else who is a royal pain in my bootie.

With that said, I know I am not suppose to post in my real name here, but I had to share this information with those who have been important in my credit repair process. I cherish you guys and you know who you are. Drumroll please........

    Beacon Score: 702

I almost wanna think that this is a mistake. I am so happy, it hurts. I have read all the high scores and improvements many others have made and I am so happy for all of you.

Mom, you go girl. Mp$40, Bravo! Now, I can name out everybody so I will just stop there. I also wanna just say that I know for a fact that Citibank contributed to this big jump. Wow! 702-Beacon.

    Thanks for listening!

    Reason codes:

I havenot spoken with the mortgage co. b/c the broker was out until today. I called him all day today and the moron was out. This had better improve. But I feel like a million bucks with a higher score than i had in january. I know that I will qualify for fha or conventional. I anticipate my experian being the highest b/c it was the highest all along and it has less negative entries.

    My codes were :

4= too many bank/national revolving accounts

10="proportion of balances to credit limits on bank/national revolving accounts is too high

14= length of time accounts have been established

33=proportion of loan balances to loan amounts is too high

I have alot of card accounts which are not reported closed yet. but I also have new cards which will drop my score i am sure. I dont settle until aug. on the home so my score can bounce back from the drop of when they are first added. PLUS, I am gonna have the guy pull my score tomorrow, so i can lock this puppy up.
