in response to my letter to them dealing with an inquiry on my credit that I did not authorize. In the letter (to make this short LOL) they basically said that I need to direct any questions or concerns in regards to inquiries to the credit company. I thought that I was doing the right thing in going to THEM and requesting that THEY do something about the inquiry since they were the ones in the wrong. Am I wrong or what? Isnt there a way (or is it possible) for them to send some type of letter on my behalf in regards to their error or is that my responsibility? Thank yall in advance!
Your next letter to them should be your intent to sue for pulling your report without a permissable purpose. Collect your $1000. and get your deletion.
That's exactly right. Don't mess with these jokers just send an intent to sue, give them 5 days to cure, and go file.
