I bet Bill offers discounts on his credit repair scams to people if they come here and defend him. If you notice, most of these people that come out of the woodwork to defend Bill almost never post anything that doesn't pertain to or agree with Bill. Things that make you go hmmmm.

What is up your butts with this guy Bill Bauer? I think everyone on this board is an adult and we don't need a "watcher" to make sure we're not being taken advantage of. I don't use his services either but you guys are clearly on a mission. Please, do us all a favor and give it a rest. You keep saying the same things over and over again and it is really getting old. You've stated your case (numerous times) about him , you've sent a letter here, made a phone call there, OK! Great! Now move on! Walk straight again!
You know when I first joined this board a few months ago when I actively began repairing my credit I used to spend so much time reading all the posts past and present that basically all I did was sit at my computer all day. I learned so much valuable information from so many people! There seemed to be a discussion for just about every credit situation out there, it was great! At first I was afraid to post out of embarrassment (my bad credit) but now.. I just stopped posting at all. It seems to me that much of this board lately has been about personal attacks, somebody doesn't like somebody else and so on. It also seems that people are going out of their way just to try and bring someone down. I know that I am not very knowledgeable about credit repair and that's WHY I am here and so are many of the other members I believe. But I hope one day I will be an asset to this board as many of you are today. I want to be able to share my experiences to help others without being slammed for doing so. Everyone has their own opinions and their own methods of disputes and the way they do things and I think that's what this board is for, sharing experiences,thoughts and methods. All of which can be accomplished without insults and with some courtesy to others!! I understand people don't get along hell who doesn't get that? But I believe that should be left to them to deal with in private and not dumped in the open for everyone to have to hear about. Do what you feel you need to, but please be respectful to the other members of the board while doing so. Many people have asked for the insults/attacks between members to stop but yet everyday the posts continue. I don't feel and I think others will agree that it is not an outrageous request to simply ask to leave out the slamming of other members in your posts. I feel the people involved in this are both great assets to this board. I have learned a great deal from them all and I'm sure many others have as well. I don't want to see anyone leave this board over a matter this ridiculous. Seriously, life is way too short to be so hateful and spiteful. Well at least it is to me! I know my thoughts probably don't mean much and probably won't end the problems going on but I just feel like I had to voice my opinions......I seriously hope everyone can resolve their issues and we can return this board back to where people enjoyed and wanted to come back...
I agree with donna too. Bkev and Bill are just two valuable posters on this board the backbone is all the other seasoned posters that help us and freely give information on a daily basis. As we gain knowledge from these folks, we too will someday be able to get our lives back on tract and give back positively and constructively to this board. This board has helped me so much and I look forward to the day I can positively contribute something back. Until then I am determined not to let someone's views or agenda in one area keep me from reading this board. Whether two people stay or go I will continue accessing this board trying to learn. I refuse to take sides I think that everyone has their way of doing things, some not to the approval of others. Hey, that's life. Insults are made, feelings are hurt. That's life. Don't let that rule over you and forget the reason that you are hear, either to get advice or give advice, but not to disrespect and slander each other in the meanwhile. What is done in the dark will come out in the light. Even if the other person is wrong, I would not want their blood on my hands...
BruteForce: I did write that message, but only after Christine accused me of wanting to use her board for commercial purposes without paying her a fee. I did offer to pay her and she didn't like the way she would get paid, so I just let it go. I do realize that many do not like commercialism on a public message board, but when the clamor for help becomes so great that I have to hire people to help take care of their requests then there is no other course of action except to turn them down and tell them I don't have time for them so stop bothering me. And then everyone would lose. As far as the complaint to Drew Edmonson is concerned, when his office people bring the complaint to my attention if indeed they do, I will most assuredly find out who Bkev is and his full name and address. That is when Bkev might just find out all about Oklahoma's Computer Crimes Act. We will just have to sit back and see what develops. I imagine somebody is likely to have some fun out of this. One thing you can all be certain of is that I'm not likely to just fold up and forget about all of this if it actually goes anywhere. For the sake of all concerned, let us hope that Drew Edmondson's staff realize that this is nothing more than a stupid little verbal fistfight because that's all that it is. We have been gathering printed evidence against him for a long time now and we have stacks of it all printed out and ready to go in case it does come down toa fight.
Bill: Stop trying to scare people by threating me! It's VERY SIMPLE and you know it. You/Creditwrench/Tarless Filters are a Credit Repair Company and as such your actions are goverened by the Credit Repair Organizations Act. You've violated it every month with every customer for the exact reasons I have listed. I never asked for you to be jailed, fined, run out of business or even voted off creditnet like your campaign to have me done... It's really simple, I've expected you to FOLLOW THE LAW! As I told PBM, you're obviously someone who if you give an inch, they'll take a mile! You know you're breaking the law. You know you're in trouble. All you have to do it to follow the CROA and everything would be ok. But you will not.... Soon the OK AG will give their opinion... Part of the process to lodge my complaint with the OK AG's office was to make two copies of everything you will be getting one. It has my name on it. I'm not scared of you. I'll go you one better. If you agree to start following the law, I'll tell everyone my full name and address... What will you do then? Start a harrassment campaign to compliment the vote bkev off the island?
