Hubbys disputes went BEAUTIFUL with them. Everything was deleted. NOTHING again NOTHING I have disputed has come off. Everything is verified. This was my 3rd round. HMMMMMMPPPPH.
dont give up they are the hardest for me to equifax has taken everything off that i have asked but experian is tough i am on my third round to let me know how it goes
Experian sucks. They have verified the unverifiable for me (luckily nothing derogatory) and reaged a chargeoff on my fiance's report when we disputed it. Have you requested procedures of how they verified the accounts? See what they come up with--perhaps you can catch them in a lie. I don't think they investigate half of what they say they do. I too hate Experian.They have two strikes against them in my book. Strike One: They verified a judgement on my credit report twice that was not mine. I had to fax them a copy of that judgement to prove it wasn't mine. Strike Two: They listed the date 2 charge off's would fall off from the date of charge off not the date the account first went delinquent. After I pointed this out to them they deleted both charge off's. Strike Three: When it comes I will sue the crap out of them. EdG Experian 600 club Member
