Just checked the result of my investigation today and Experian verified all 4 of the accounts being investigated. DAMN! This was like the 4th time I asked them to reinvestigate and it still keeps getting verified. Now what do I do? I know there going to tell me that this item has been previously investigated and that they won't investigate again. What do I do now?

I'm in the same boat. We all know they really didn't investigate, but whatcha gonna do.

The next step is a procedural request. Of course, this will not get you anything but a stupid letter that doesn't have the information required by law. Then of course, its time for ITS.

I also have a couple of "previously investigated," so I'm going to try to get deletions by sending an ITS letter, since they have to investigate all disputes unless they have been deemed "frivilous."

If the CRA claims they have verified with the OC, why are you still wasting time with the CRA? Why are you not going after the OC?

I did contact the CA, but she validated with itemized bills. Then I asked for a copy of the signature but she said I needed to go through the OC. Isn't the CA supposed to provide me with this not the OC?

I am having a problem with Experian right now as well. I have sent them 5 dispute letters along with proof of payment and they still will not update the account to a $0 balance. I called the original creditor and they said they sent in to the CRA's that the account was $0 but yet, it's still there. Transunion, I have found, is the best CRA to work with. When I sent them the proof of payment on three of my accounts, they updated immediately to $0 balances.
