I Hate Experian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!...I'VE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR THE PAST 3 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT PHONE # TO CALL TO RESET A PASSWORD....ONE REP TOLD ME SHE COULD'NT FIND MY INFO IN THE SYSTEM , ANOTHER FOUND MY NAME BUT COULD'NT ASSIST AND THE LIST GOES ON...FINALLY I GET THE RIGHT # AND THE REP PULLS UP MY INFO AND TRANSFERS ME TO SECURITY TO RESET MY # AND DO YOU KNOW THE SECURITY COULD'NT FIND MY INFO AT FIRST EVEN THOUGH THE REP WHO TRANSFERRED ME DID!!!!! FINALLY SHE DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND MY INFO, RESET MY PASSWORD AND SAID AND I WAS GOOD TO GO OR AT LEAST I THOUGHT AFTER 3 HOURS OF BEING GIVEN THE RUNAROUND...I GO ONLINE, ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFO, SUBMIT AND GUESS WHAT COMES UP....

    I REFRESHED ETC. AND SUBMITTED IT AGAIN AND SAME MESSAGE...I CALLED BACK AND THE FIRST REP SAID MY CREDIT CARD HAD ONLY BEEN CHARGED ONCE AND TO LOG INTO QSPACE.COM WHICH IS A THIRD PARTY FOR EXPERIAN AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE MY REPORT...I DID THAT AND THERE WERE NO NEW REPORTS TO VIEW....I'M PAST FRUSTRATION AT THIS POINT...I CALLED BACK AND THE 2ND REP TOLD ME THE OTHER REP WAS MISTAKEN AND MY LAST ACTIVITY WAS IN 2001 AND MY CREDIT CARD HAD NOT BEEN CHARGED...I SAID THAT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE BECAUSE I HAVE A PRINT OUT OF ALL OF MY REPORTS...LAST ONE BEING 2003 NOT 2001....SHE SAID SOMETIMES THERE SYSTEM IS UPDATING AND I MAY HAVE TO TRY IN 2-3 DAYS TO PULL MY REPORT....I FEEL LIKE FILING A COMPLAINT I'M FRUSTRATED WITH THEM, THEY ARE THE HARDEST TO WORK WITH CREDIT WISE AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET A SIMPLE CREDIT REPORT ONLINE!!!!!!!
