You show as being online under both names. Maybe you're still logged in?

See if you have another creditnet window open.

Hi, Jenz, because you have more than one Creditnet name, I'll bet you've "confused" the site as it reads your browser's cookies. If you're going to use two names, then you'll need to either:

    1) Use a different browser for your secondary name -- like Firefox. That way, one browser stores cookies for one Creditnet name, while the other browser will store cookies for your other name.

    2) Or, decide which name you're going to use. Then clear your browser's cookies. Then use your chosen name and forget about the other one.

If you need help clearing your browser's cookies, you'll need to seek out a computer savvy friend (here, on another site, or in real life offline) for assistance.

Finally, although it doesn't violate our Terms of Service, I'd still strongly suggest that you only use one identity on the board. There are many reasons for that advice, and I'll bet you can think of a few.

I hope something here proves helpful.

thanks Steve - i've never used this computer on this site before today (new computer).

i like Jenz2.0 - i think i will stick with it. FWIW - i have never used alternate identities on any site. but i'm glad you said that for others to see.

Hey, jenz, if you're going to stick with this, why don't you put something in your signature like "formerly known as jenz123" so people know it's the same person giving good advice!
