I got a call tonight on my cell phone, from a collection agency in CANADA, I have a feeling that they're going to be getting a crash course in American collection law, very soon... Oh, they're phone system has a major glitch, if they don't answer the phone it doesn't automatically hang-up after you're supposed to enter your call back number. Hmmmmmm, how many minutes would the call have to be to make them regret calling me... (Thankfully consumers aren't bound by the incurring costs provision of the FDCPA.) <VBEG>
Ah, I just noticed that it was 10 days since their initial communication, and guess what I never received; so guess what present they're finding on their fax machine... I love nurturing friendships!
