I have a question about DOLA

A JDB purchased an old Bell South account of mine from 1994. The last time I paid on this account was in 1995 and then I moved so I forgot about it. The account was an "in the air" voice mail that was not connected to any land line phone number.

The account was closed by BS in 2002 since no payment had been made on it since 1995. I have no idea why they left the account open for so many years or why they never contacted me about it as I am still a Bell South customer since 1990.

The JDB listed the account on Ex as a type 1 account which I assume is a revolving account - with a "balance due" of $109. The date opened is 3/08 and the date reported is 4/08.

My question is: can the JDB list this on my report with no DOLA?

No, dispute it as being incomplete.
