Today I mailed out 4 validation letters and disputed 8 (total of EQ & EXP CRAs) negatives as not mine via the online services. I received confirmation from the online investigation already, that they are working on it and should have info back by 11/6/03. On the validations that I mailed out today (CRRR) does the 30 days start when I get the green card back or when I verifiy receipt on USPS.com?
