I think I have Crap1 by the nuts. What I am looking for are possible ways to handle this. 30 day late 9/01 Spoke to Mr Cooke back in 2002 and asked for a goodwill adjustment due to the fact of 9/11/01. He stated he could not do anything about it. Looked at my Experian CR and noticed Crap1 was reporting 2 30 days late. Disputed with Crap1 by mail and received a letter stating that there was nothing they could do. That I was in fact 30 days late in 9/01. Here we are 2 years later and the 2 30 days late still appear on my Experian report. Since I still have the letter from Crap1 dated 10/02 stating I was only late in 9/01, do I have any enforceable action against Crap1? All I am looking for is deletion of their error and the removal of the correct listing. Does anyone know the best way to approach this? Thanks! tix
