I ordered and received a copy of my Equifax report, the date prepared is August 2. Today I signed up for Privista and the dates are week of Aug. 5-Aug.12. Yet on the Privista report today (a 3 day difference from one in mail) has 3 items missing. Two of these were good and 1 was an account closed in bk7. I never disputed these items. It also has no record of bk7, nor does the paper report. Is this normal? They show my rating at 23, really BAD! Now the only credit I have is bad. I have closed out my credit cards, now I know that was dumb, yet at the time I thought I was doing a good thing. All that is left is the accounts that bk7 took care of and 1 late in 1996.
Dispute one of the negatives and see what you get back. They will send you another paper report. breeze
Privista is 100% accurate. They only update once a week so if you ordered a report in between Privista updates, then that might be where the discrepency is. I ordered my report from EQ and Privista...not one thing different.
