I'm soooooo glad that I found this board. I went to a First time home owners workshop in my town. Thereafter, you are assigned a credit counselor to help you with you cr. the first thing she did was look at all 3 credit reports, got on the phone and asked to settle. NOt one time did she mention validation. That's why I made so many stupid mistakes, prior to knowing about this board. when I go to here for my monthy review, I give her examples of A& S letters, Goodwill Adjustment Letter that has worked for me. She had No clue you can do these things. I'm so made because people like me intrust these people and they don't know Sh#$t. I'v paid out so much money that I bet I didn't even have to pay out. I'm so glad I finally found this board. I would highly recommend this before any credit counselor or agency.
