    One month ago I sent out a validation letter to a CA. They just called me to let me know that they do not validate and if I'd like to see my signature I can call the hospital myself. What should I do next?

    If they don't validate, then they have no right to payment. Sheesh, why don't I just send you a letter telling you that you owe me $1,000, but that I don't validate. Would you pay me?

    I'm making fun of THEM, not of you!

    You should have replied ;
    oh I see you just pay damages instead!
    What do you do next:
    Ignore what they said in the call and send the estoppel after 30 days with a demand for $1000 for the violation for failure to validate.

    I know. Basically I laughed at her. I told them they had better remove it if they can't prove it. Got no where though. What should I do now?

    1* No I would sue you for at least $1000.
