I wish we had this all in a permanent spot here...like the dispute letters forum we were talking about before (hint, hint)...but this info is worth recycling, I believe. So, if you all would put addresses, phone numbers, and the biggie, fax numbers, that would be excelente!

Ok.... I found it ....LOL.... I was digging everywhere....lol.... ;-) I got this fax number yesterday (7/10/01) from Experian. FAX = 1-877-454-1010
This may be a silly suggestion, but can PBM set up a section on the creditnet website that includes the appropriate mailing addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, etc. of all of the major credit bureaus and, if known, their local affiliates? That would be a nice resource to have at our disposal. It would save a lot of searching through the Straight Talk threads... Just a thought.
Chris..I think so, too....there was talk about a forum with letters for disputes, etc..they could both be in there..hey, PBM..what happened to all of that..it would be so helpful! (PS..I posted something over in feedback a while back but this seems an appropriate place, too)
Just got reports back with these addresses: Trans Union P O Box 2000 Chester, PA 19022-2000 If you use Equifax online services use this address: Equifax Consumer Direct P O Box 740256 Atalnta, GA 30374 They say to include transaction number, name, phone number, email address Haven't had any correspondence with Experian lately. breeze

Yeah... I usually get toll-free numbers. When I call I aggravated the $hit out of whomever I am talking with. I like to confuse them, Trip them up, ask can I get that in writing, and all of that good stuff.... lol... Before it is over with they are so PO with me they could bite a nail in half.... Right before I end the call, I will ask for their name, operator numbers/team number, and a the Fax number. Then I say.. ohh wait a minute .. this is not the same number I was told to fax this to.. (then I give the last date I called) Is there another? what is the other number? Is there a toll-free number??!! They are always so aggravated with me they don't want any more hassles.
