Canada has a privacy minister that emulates some of the funtions of the ftc, without the bias or nonsense associated with having to make rulings for or against your golf partners in the good old boy network..Keep in mind they have some different laws than us. It is, however, like a small breath of fresh air...Some of these rulings are a must read for everone in the ftc.The kind of rulings you would expect if the justice dept was given oversight of the fcra's instead of the ftc. http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/cf-dc_020429_2_e.asp http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/cf-dc_020429_2_e.asp http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/cf-dc_020111_e.asp http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/cf-dc_020108_04_e.asp http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/cf-dc_020108_02_e.asp http://www.privcom.gc.ca/cf-dc/index2-2_e.asp VJ
