    Hi,
    Ok...I tried to get firm with a CA it lists the original creditor as a local hospital ....fine.....if they can validate I will pay....the ca refused to respond to anything..Finally a file a complaint to BBB saying the acct is unvalidated needs to be removed etc......they repond to the BBB by saying it is for a Sparkelettes water bill and acct will remian untill I can prove I returned 5-6 bottles of water....um.......I never have had an acct with Sparkelettes water...
    Ok now what ?
    The world has gone crazy....

    Sue them. It's not your job to validate for them.

    Send BBB a copy of the entire Consumer Protection Act, and ask them if they know what it says, LOL. File a compaint with your state's AG on the way to the courthouse, hehe.

    Jamie,

    Now you have done everything you could have done to remedy the problem. Its time to file some papers. Or you probably already doing that.

    easy money. hey can't provide validation for court. You might be on your way to owning your own credit agency!! yipppeee
