I have had an Amex greens reward card for about 2 years. I just got a letter yesterday statng that I could postpone payment on amounts instead of paying all at once, Effectively turning a charge card into a credit card. This is awesome! I basically have no credit limit and can charge whatever I want and pay a 2% monthly minimum payment on it. I probably wont do this but it is refreshing to know that it can be done:) Btw, the APR on the balance would be prime+9.99%, so a little high. I believe it is currently at 13.74% or so. Amex rocks!

Well congrats. So I'm assuming they'll only report your highest balance on your credit report as the credit limit?

Yeah, they will only report the highest balance as the credit limit. Thats ok for me, as I have charged quite a bit in the past and the limit is high:)
