I love this Board

I just don't know where i'd be or what i would've done if it wasn't for this board...... Got 3 things in the mail just now.

1. I got a letter from a CA and My CRRR at the same time!!! What's the odds of that? Ok the letter was on a real cheap Dot Matrix Paper, Hand written, but it said all i needed to hear.. They were closing my file, and sending it back to the OC(OC out of business), they also was deleting the tradeline from the 3 major CRA's, keep this letter for my confirmation!!! I laughed at the cheap paper but i did't give a shit.

2. I got a second letter from a CA indicating they havn't been able to validate per my request and rather dragging it out longer they were deleting from the EQu and TU. I guess my Intent to sue didn't have any thing to do with it?

3. I got a letter from a OC who's completed research on a incorrect Chargeoff/DOLA date. They've been reporting and verifieng to the CRA's 3 times as valid. They've indicating changint it to reflect the correct reporting, and my request to have the account deleting as a compromise to lawsuit was forwarded for final review... I log on to CE and it's Gone!!!!!!!!! The A holes didn't have the nerve to admit it was done.

I'm flying high with some good news on this pre holiday. Without being armed with the knowledge from this board and the very friendly people here, i'd be the weak timid ok let me send that out to you right now consumer.. Thanks Everyone
