I remember just a couple of months ago feeling helpless regarding my credit report. I started with 12 negatives. Now 7 deletions and 3 late payment deletions later, I'm well on my way to having all derogs off my credit report in the next 3 months at most (or so I hope).. all thanks to the info I've seen on this website. Only experian is giving me a headache regarding AU deletions (grrr) I remember searching for credit repair on search engines, and saw a number of lawfirms charging about $40/mth for doing this stuff. Good for you on your credit journey. I agree with you about the credit repair firms. I know they do serve a purpose for those who don't want to do it themselves. I have also read about some of the good things they have done for others, but eventually the clients discovered they could do it themselves. I found this fourm while doing research for Junum.
