I have found that a Collection ag. reporting on my CR is not bonded in my state, I need a letter to get them to remove this, any suggestions? Thank you!

Yes. Don't send anything to anybody. About the best you could hope to gain with a letter is to get them to get licensed and then come after you with a purple passion. You need to wait until you get them to court and then tell the judge. That will do them some serious damage. Write some letter and you will only shoot yourself in the foot.

A letter like that would be like giving them a gun to shoot you right btween the eyes.

Also circumstances dictate what may happen. For example I have a CA attempting to collect on a debt that originated in Florida, the CA is located in Florida I NOW live in Tennessee. I called the TN Insurance and Licensing regulatory board and they told me that under this circumstance they are exempt from licensing in this state.
