How do I get the Experian to re-investigate an account that has been sold to another creditor. I previously disputed this account and Experian sent back the changes showing it was verified as "sold to NCS". Do I need to send a Validation letter, and if so who do I send it to?
NCS You should always send validation letters to the person or company who dings you for the debt. Bill
