well, it must have worked ... just heard back from the broker and he said he is confident we'll get the financing. He's shopping around to couple of lenders for the best interest rates ... I'll let you know how it turns out. by the way, the middle score he told me we had was about 25 points LOWER than the FACOs I've been working on. For both of us. But we are building, so we've got a few months to see if I can't do something to get those even a little higher. thanks for everyone's help for the past six months ...
