Simm Assoc.again They can call your neighbors, relatives and ect in an effort to find you but they cannot discuss the debt or make any derogatory statements about you. Also they cannot harrass your neighbors or relatives with incessant phone calls any more than they can legally harrass you at your home or place of business.
