I need some advice, and havn't seen anything on point, and I've read, read, read and read! I ran into a situation last year where I helped a relative keep thier house that was in foreclosure. This caused me to have some lates on my mortgage (I had to steal from Peter to pay Paul). Where should I begin to try and get the lates removed? Do I do the typical val OC/disp CRA process? Or, goodwill? I have gotten everything else clean and am really afraid of screwing this one up! Thanks to everyone in advance!
