I have been following my credit report for sometime now. I was recenlty viewing it and have found several accounts that are past 10 years old. I know that in each state they are no longer collectable. Everytime I try to dispute this on my report it does not work. Does anyone know how i go about getting these negative accounts off of my report?
After seven years negative tradelines should go off automatically.Positive stay on and you would want them to. If negatives are on after 7 years dispute the age . Woofer
