Hello all, I have read this sight for a long time and now I need advice. I own a company that was very successful for years. I acquired a very nice home, 2 luxury cars (leased), several credit cards, both business and personal, lines of credit etc.. About 1 1/2 years ago my business began to slow up. I used my credit lines and cards to live. Now I'm at the max with no way to pay. I entered another business but as of yet, nothing has produced revenue. I'm currently behind 1 1/2 months on my mortgage, cars and most credit cards and credit lines. My business line is in default and the bank sent someone to look at my home. As you can see, I'm really in deep trouble. What can I do at this point to try and salvage myself, or buy time. I anticipate being able to produce some income within the next 4 months. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I suggest you consult with a lawyer who specializes in BKs of small businesses. When perosnal and business start to co-mingle the issue may become complicated. I would try to seek the advice of at least 2 lawyers who deal in this type of situation. I would do this asap. Best regards, Mirage
